I'm Claire, and if you're watching this video, you're probably trying to figure out what apartment is best for you.

At Drury, we have lots of options, and we're starting with College Park.

Let's go.

One of my favorite things about College Park is the scenery.

It's surrounded by trees, and the apartments are grouped together, almost like a little village.

It's a great place to go for a walk.

College Park has three different types of apartments, four bedroom, two bath, three bedroom, one and a half bath, and single person studios with one bathroom.

All right, let's go inside.

This is a standard College Park living room.

It comes with a couch, chair, coffee table, TV stand, lamps and more. Great for studying, great for lounging.

It's the heart of the home.

Every kitchen comes with a breakfast bar, stove, microwave, sink and fridge next to the bedroom.

Isn't editing magic, great.

Okay, each room is private and comes with an extra long, twin size bed, a desk with a chair, a dresser, a night stand and a private closet.

We've listed some additional info on the screen.

So that's College Park its own little homey community.

And don't forget, there are several ADA compliant units available here.

Oh, and one more thing, we take safety serious here at Drury du security is always on patrol, 24/7 and in the background behind me, that's the Drury police substation located in the heart of College Park.

Okay, off to you sweets, located directly next to the sorority Panhellenic building in north of Harrison Stadium.

This is university suites, but we just call it, you sweets.

These are the newest and quite possibly the most in demand apartments here at jury, there are also several ADA compliant units available.

All right, let's go inside.

Youth suites are fully furnished, four bedroom, four bathroom apartments, and they feel very open, with the kitchen leading right into the living room.

You'll find all of the usual suspects in the kitchen that you'll need, as well as a little island in the middle.

And in the living room, there's a couch, lounge chair, TV stand, coffee table, and a nice little table with four chairs to study or eat dinner at.

There are a few features about youth suits that make it stand out.

The first one is right here, you get your own washer and dryer, and the second is in the bedroom.

That's right, your own private bathroom.

And that's a huge W ladies, you know what I'm talking about.

You'll also have your own private room that comes stocked with an extra long, twin size bed, desk, chair, dresser, night stand, and a large closet space located in your bathroom for all of your other stuff.

If you really value your privacy, you suites might be the spot for you, but we have a lot more to see.

Just a block up the road is summit Park.

And look at these.

They're adorable.

Summit has five units, each with two floors and a four bedroom, two bathroom apartment on each but what's unique about Summit is its upperclassmen learning communities.

Students who live here will apply to live in units based on their major.

Let's start in the bedroom.

Maybe your bedroom comes with an extra long, twin sized bed, a desk, a chair, and over here in the corner, a dresser and a closet for all your clothes.

The rooms in Summit Park are 10 foot by nine foot, but the shape of the rooms vary.

You'll share a bathroom with one other roommate, and this is what they look like.

I needed to sit down.

This is the living room.

It's got all your standard living room furniture, like a couch, chair and tables.

But what I really like about this place is how the kitchen and lounge area are separated by a little window, so you can have a little bit of privacy while you cook, but you can also still chat with friends or watch the game.

Hi Claire, we gotta go Next up, Jefferson Park.

Most of these apartments are two bedroom, two bathroom, but there are a few three bedroom and one bedroom options.

Also, it's important to note that there are unfurnished units available in Jefferson.

If you want to bring your own furniture, these are all located on the first floor, so you don't have to worry about carrying furniture up the stairs.

On the inside, you enter in the living room, and if you've been watching the video this long, you probably know what I'm going to say next.

The living room features a couch, lounge chair, TV stand, coffee table, and several other tables and lamps.

On the other side of the living room is the kitchen.

Has everything you need to make or burn your favorite meal.

But follow me, one of my favorite features of Jefferson is that the upper floors have their own balcony.

Pretty cool, right?

Most apartments here are two bed, two bath and come with the same furniture, like a bed, a dresser and a desk.

But one big difference about Jefferson is that one of these bedrooms is a master with its own bathroom inside, while the other bedroom is slightly smaller, with a bathroom in the hallway.

We've listed the sizes on the screen, and while some units have washer and dryer hookups, the main laundry room is located downstairs in the community center.

No quarters needed.

All right.

Next stop behind me is Manly Hall.

It's located just north of Jefferson Park and right next to College Park mainly features smaller, two bedroom one bath units, or one bedroom one bath units. On the inside, manly just has that comfy, homey feeling to it.

It has a couch, table, chair.

There's a TV stand and even a balcony.

Just on the other side of the living room is the kitchen, which comes with a fridge, microwave, sink, stove and dining room table with some units even including a dishwasher.

You have a bathroom with a shower and tub commendation, right off the hallway that you'll share with a roommate or have to yourself, while the bedroom features an extra long, twin size bed, a desk chair, dresser and closet.

All right, we're almost done.
