Lydy Suites is Drury’s most recently remodeled first-year residence hall, offering a fresh and updated living experience. Tucked away in the beautiful northwest corner of campus, this vibrant community—formerly known as Smith Hall—houses about 150 students across three modern floors.

The spacious suite-style rooms are thoughtfully arranged for four students, featuring updated shared bathrooms with modern plumbing and fixtures. The bedrooms showcase beautiful new luxury vinyl flooring and flexible, movable furniture that allows you and your roommate to layout the space exactly how you like it.

What truly sets Lydy Suites apart is its lively, welcoming lobby, making it the only first-year hall on campus to feature a full communal kitchen right downstairs. It’s the ultimate place to decompress after a long day of classes, complete with a TV lounge, a pool table, a ping-pong table, and convenient laundry rooms located on every single floor.
